Membership & By-laws
So, you want to join the Wild Bunch. It’s pretty simple, send us an email to email@example.com and we will get you signed up. You will get a really cool sticker to slap on your rig. The requirements are pretty simple, all you have to have are a 4x4 rig and a desire to get off the pavement.
By-laws of The Wild Bunch 4WD Club

Article I The organization shall be known as the Wild Bunch 4WD club.
Article II- Objectives.
The Wild Bunch is organized as a non-profit organization for the purpose of Having fun. Plus, bringing together in a family atmosphere, individuals who share the same interests in 4-wheeling and other outdoor activities, and to educate the public on the importance of helping to conserve our public lands for future generations.
Article III – Membership.
No application process for membership. There will be no mileage constraints on membership. There will be no penalty for not attending club functions Members should conduct themselves in a respectable manner whether in or out of club activities. We’re not your parents and we won’t scold you. Just don’t anything to embarrass yourself or the club. Members shall not imbibe in alcoholic beverage or illegal drugs whilst on a trail run or event where driving is involved. Anyone that decides to drink said alcoholic beverages or partake of the Devil’s Lettuce whilst on the trail will be asked to leave the trail immediately, and will be required to remove any stickers or logos that have to do with The Wild Bunch. On camping trips, drinking is permitted after the trail is done for the day Members shall be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and have auto insurance as required by law. Club dues shall be paid in full no later than February 1st to maintain membership.
Article IV – Meetings.
Meetings will be held sporadically at the officers or club members discretion. E-mail meetings or something similar can be held in a pinch.
Article V – Administration & Officers.
The Board of Directors of the Wild Bunch shall consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer. It shall be their duty to preside at meetings and take care of all club business.
Article VI – Expenditures and Finances.
Club officers shall have the authority to approve any expenditures not exceeding $200.00. Any expenditure over $200.00 shall be voted upon by majority vote of the membership.
Article VII – Election of Officers.
After all of our years of existence, there have been no election of officers. If anyone wishes to contest any office can make their intentions noted by writing the BOD. In which case the BOD will review the request and set up an election process through e-mail communications
Article VIII - Voting.
When an issue comes up that requires a vote, a meeting will be held and the issue discussed. Then, an e-mail will be sent out regarding said issue and members will be allotted a time frame in which to respond with their vote. After the date specified, the votes will be tallied and the members will be contacted with the results.
Article VIIII – Dismissal of membership.
Unless you kill somebody or commit some other crime you might go to jail for, or drink or smoke the M.J. on the trail we aren’t going to kick anybody out. So, behave yourselves!
